The Badimalika Trek is a remote, culturally rich, and spiritually significant trek located in Bajura District of Karnali Province, in far-western Nepal. Named after the sacred Badimalika Temple (4,200 m), dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati, this trek offers a unique blend of Himalayan landscapes, traditional hill culture, alpine meadows, and religious pilgrimage experiences.
Far from the popular trekking routes of Annapurna or Everest, Badimalika remains largely untouched by commercial tourism, making it a perfect choice for those seeking solitude, authenticity, and a deep connection to local life and spirituality.
This is a fully camping trek where trekkers will be sleeping in the tent/camp. We will have a team with guide, porters and cooks who will do all the arrangement of sleeping and eating as well. This trek literally provides a taste of 80s and 90s trekking experience where most of the trekking used to be camping and out of tea houses.
