Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu. (1,350 m)

Welcome to beautiful country Nepal. After arrival in Kathmandu our team will pick you up from the airport, will great and transfer you to your hotel.you can take rest and enjoy welcome dinner featured by Nepalese cuisine.

Day 2: Explore Highlights of Kathmandu.

After breakfast we will pick you up to explore major highlights of the city which includes Bouddhanath, Durbar squares, Swambhunath etc.  In the evening our team member will do briefing about the trip/trek.

Day 3: Fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara, Trek to Tikhedhunga (1,540m )

A scenic 25-minute morning flight takes us to Pokhara, Nepal’s picturesque lake city. From there, we drive to Nayapul (1.5 hours), the gateway to our trek. After a scenic drive from Pokhara to Nayapul, your trek begins with a gentle walk along the Modi Khola River. Passing through terraced fields and small settlements, you’ll reach Tikhedhunga — a peaceful village surrounded by green hills where we spend our first night in the Himalayas.

Day 4: Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,860m)

Today’s trail includes a steep ascent via Ulleri, a traditional Magar village known for its stone steps. As you gain altitude, the landscape changes to lush forests of rhododendron and oak. The cool mountain air and forest trails lead you to the vibrant village of Ghorepani, nestled below Poon Hill.

Day 5: Hike to Poon Hill (3,210m) for Sunrise & Trek to Tadapani (2,630m)

Start early to hike up to Poon Hill before sunrise. Watch as the first light illuminates a 180° panorama of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and other peaks — a truly unforgettable moment. After breakfast back in Ghorepani, trek through lush forest trails and ridges to reach Tadapani.

 Day 6: Trek from Tadapani to Chomrong (2,170m / 7,119ft)

The trail descends through lush forests before crossing a suspension bridge over the Kimrong Khola. After a gradual climb, you’ll reach Chomrong, a Gurung village with spectacular views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail).

Trek Duration: 5-6 hrs  /    Meal Plan : Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner  /   Overnight: Teahouse in Chomrong

 

Day 7: Trek from Chomrong to Dovan (2,600m / 8,530ft)

Descending via stone-paved steps to the Chomrong Khola, you’ll cross a suspension bridge before gradually ascending through bamboo forests. As you progress, the landscape transforms into dense woodlands, where the sound of the Modi Khola River echoes through the valley.

Day 8: Trek from Dovan to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700m / 12,139ft) – 6-7 hours

As the elevation increases, the forest thins, and the alpine landscape becomes more prominent. Upon reaching Machhapuchhre Base Camp, you’ll be surrounded by breathtaking peaks, including Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna III, and Gangapurna.

Day 9: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m / 13,549ft) & Return to Bamboo (2,310m / 7,579ft)

A short ascent brings you to the heart of the Annapurna Sanctuary—Annapurna Base Camp. Here, you’ll witness a dramatic amphitheater of snow-capped peaks, including Annapurna I, Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli. After soaking in the beauty, descend to Bamboo through the same trail, retracing your steps through the alpine valley.

Day 10: Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1,780m / 5,840ft) – (Can enjoy Hot Springs )

By continuing downhill through lush forests, the trail leads to Jhinu Danda, where you can unwind in the natural hot springs. Enjoy a dip in the warm waters, a perfect way to relax after days of trekking.

Trek Duration: 5-6 hrs  /    Meal Plan : Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner  /   Overnight: Teahouse in Jhinu danda.

 

Day 11: Drive from Jhinu Danda to Pokhara (850 m).

After breakfast, a scenic drive takes you back to Pokhara, where you can celebrate the completion of your trek. Enjoy a lakeside stroll or simply relax by the serene Phewa Lake. Enjoy well earned dinner at cosy lakeside, Pokhara.

Drive Duration: 4-5 hrs  /   Meal Plan : Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner  /   Overnight: Hotel in Lakeside, Pokhara.

 

Day 12: Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu.

A morning flight takes us back to Kathmandu. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city, do some last-minute shopping, or simply relax before your departure. Enjoy farewell dinner.

Optionally,  You can also stay at Thapa Homestay in Dadhikot, Bhaktapur and enjoy farewell dinner with authentic Nepali cuisine.

Day 13: Departure from Kathmandu

After a memorable trekking adventure in the Annapurna region, we transfer you to the airport for your international flight home.
